EBLAST Policy & Procedures
- Order your eBLAST Service by either going to UrbanRoundupEBLAST.com. There you will be able to order your eBLAST Service or you can Request an Invoice by calling 215.437.3292 Option 1. You can also submit an email to Sales@UrbanRoundupEBLAST.com and include your billing/contact information. We will send you an invoice within one hour (when during business hours)
- Once you have received your invoice, please remit payment as soon as possible so that we can expedite your order accordingly. If paying by Credit Card and have received an invoice email email, you can either visit Payments.UrbanRoundup.com or you can call in to pay for your invoice. Phone payments are subject to a $15.00 Convenience Fee. If your invoice amount is over $775, client must fax a credit card authorization form to 610.840.2175 Urban Roundup Group, LLC. currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. If you wish to mail in your payment, you may do so (Money Order or Business Check). URBAN ROUNDUP DOES NOT BEGIN ANY SERVICE WITHOUT PAYMENT.
- Our eBLAST service starts as low as $200which includes distribution to our database of 110,000+ Active Email Users. If a client would like to buy eBLAST in bulk, the additional eBLAST would be prorated. Please See our eBLAST Rate Card below:

- If we are designing your eBLAST, please email your content for design to Content@UrbanRoundup.com. PLEASE TRY TO SEND ONE EMAIL WITH ALL YOUR CONTENT. Also, include your Invoice/Order Number within the subject line so that we can identify who you are.
- When sending TEXT, please make sure that you submit your Text in Microsoft Word and spell-checked. Urban Roundup is not responsible for typographical errors caused by client’s error in submitted text file. A $20 fee per change will be charged to the client if changes have to be made after the first time. However, if there was something that was omitted from client’s original request, no fee would be charged. If client wishes to have a revised design, there is a $100 revision fee. 95% of the clients that use Urban Roundup to design their eBLAST never ask for a revision.
- All photos and/or logo should be saved and emailed to in a jpeg format or tiff format – 300dpi. If your files are too large to submit via email please send via YouSendIt.com. You may also Mail your images in, however that will delay your design process.
- If your eBLAST Design requires Music, Please email your MP3 Files (30-90 seconds) AGAIN, if the files are too large to send via email, please send them via YouSendIt.com
- Make sure you include all contact information that you wish to include within your eBLAST such as your General Info Contact, Booking, Management Publicity, etc. Also link to your website and/or myspace page.
- We require a Minimum-Maximum 5-7 Business Days for full page eBLAST Designs and 2-4 Business Days for pre-designed eBLAST. eCARDS can take up to 10-12 Business Days. WE CAN NOT START THE DESIGN PROCESS UNTIL WE KNOW THAT ALL CONTENT IS RECEIVED AND INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL.Turnaround time starts from the date that all information is received and not on the date of purchase. Once your eBLAST is designed, we will send you over a proof for any errors or omissions. All eBLAST Design by Urban Roundup must be PROOFED and APPROVED. Failure to approve your eBLAST will result in delay of delivery.
- If you are submitting a Pre-Design, Urban Roundup does not send proofs for pre-designs. All Pre-Designs must be approved by Urban Roundup before it is sent out. Should your design fall below our design standards, our design service will be offered at a discounted rate. our specs for predesigns are:
- 600x1000 pix
- No More then 150k in file size
- 150dpi
- Color mode should be RGB
- We Accept, Jpegs, PDF's and TIFF Files.
- Your pre-design must be one single image or a html file with all images linked to your server. If Urban Roundup has to assemble any pre-designs meaning adding text to your content, putting your provided images together in eBLAST form, there will be a $50.00 fee for assembly.
- There is NO CHARGE for us to put your single approved JPG/GIF/PDF/TIFF file into an eBLAST Format. Urban Roundup may include a border to help your artwork standout against the background color.
- Urban Roundup provides random promotions for exclusive slots online at UrbanRoundupEBLAST.com. Any sale promotion that includes an exclusive slot (eBLAST Date and Time) CANNOT be altered. If client fails to provide artwork or does not use the slot, the slot will automatically be counted as forfeited. No Refund or credit can be applied.
- If a client has purchased several eBLAST Slots with us and each slot has different artwork, artwork must be submitted 3-5 Business Days before the scheduled Deployment Date (Send out Date). If no artwork is received, Urban Roundup will send the original content APPROVED BY CLIENT. No resend outs can be granted for the failure to submit the charged artwork within the 3-5 Business Day Turnaround. PLEASE NOTE: Artwork can only be changed if an artwork change fee has been paid.
- If you would like to request a subject line, you are free to do so, however, If a subject line is not provided, Urban Roundup will assign a subject line based on the nature of the content.
- SPAM is a fact of life. Different email platforms filter out different messages based on various criteria. Urban Roundup cannot control what your email provider filters. What is spam on AOL may be perfectly fine in Yahoo and vice vers
